Family is the most important thing in every person’s life. No one but your family will support you in joy and sorrow. My name is Julia, I am 14 and I really adore my family. Now let me tell you some words about my own family.
There are four members in our family. I have got a father, a mother and a sister. My father’s name is Andrew. He is a strong and tall man. He is 42 years old. My father is an engineer by profession. He works in the office. At the free time my dad likes to organize outdoor activities most of all. He usually organizes a picnic in the country where our grandmother Anna lives. My dad brings the whole family there and we always have a really nice time. I play with my sister and with grandmother’s dog Pepa.
My mother’s name is Kate. She is very beautiful woman with bright blue eyes. She is very optimistic and energetic. My mother is 39 and she is a lawyer by profession. She is fond of cooking. My mum knows a lot of receipts of different tasty dishes. My mother keeps our house clean and I always help her with it. If something goes wrong I can always tell it my mum. I know that she can keep a secret. We are like good friends with her.
My family is my strength and my weakness.
My sister’s name is Angelica. She is 10, so she is smaller than me. She is very kind and clever girl. She goes to school and she is an excellent student there. Angelica is very good at singing. She even won the school singing competition and took first place. We are so proud of her.
Family is not an important thing. It’s everything.
I think that our family is very friendly. My family and I like to visit theatres, cinemas, museums or just simply have a walk. At the weekends we sometimes go to the park. My sister and I enjoy the attractions and our parents have some spare hours to talk and just to stay together.
We also have a Friday tradition. At the end of the working week in the evening our family gather together in the living room in front of TV-set and we enjoy watching family movies and eating home pizza. I like these evenings very much? During these time everybody can feel comfort and unity.
So my family means a world to me. I can’t imagine my life without them.
